Use
Quantity to be ordered or produced if a
shortage exists.If the material shortage quantity is smaller than the fixed lot size, the exact fixed lot size will be ordered or produced. If the material shortage quantity is larger than the fixed lot size, a multiple of the fixed lot size will be procured. The system generates multiple orders to do this.
