Key Figure Key Figure: 0KB_ERNUM

 

This key figure determines the number of kanban containers with status ERROR in a particular control cycle.

Errors do occur during processing of a kanban container in a control cycle. This results in changing the status of the kanban container to ERROR. For example, a particular material was saved for a particular vendor. If that vendor had been blocked for some reason, then an order cannot be created. Then the kanban container is assigned the status ERROR.

The kanban containers with status ERROR are cumulated over the day and averaged on a daily basis.
