Yield Analysis - Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)

You use this query to monitor the yield data for work centers of a particular plant based on the selection criteria like plant, work center, and the date range.
Analysis on the basis of the following factors is carried out in the dashboard:
Yield per plant
Yield per work center
Yield per month for plant
Yield per month for work center
Yield per day of month
Yield per material for work center
Yield per material for month
The results are aggregated at plant level and displayed in tabular views containing total quantity, actual quantity and the yield. By default, you can view all the work centers for a selected plant in the Month view. You can also view the results in the Work Center view.
The yield is calculated based on the formula Yield = Actual Good Quantity Produced / Total Quantity Produced. The yield of a work center represents the good units produced against the total units started. This query is based on the InfoCube 0PP_MP16 and was developed for the business package for Production Supervisor.
