The benchmarking manager compares organizations using selected report key figures. These come from the business areas of procurement, production, delivery and planning.

Structure

Measured key figures must be based on a common definition if the performance of organizational units can be compared in and outside of an organization. Therefore, only workbooks whose key figures correspond to the Supply Chain Operations Council are assigned to manager benchmarking.
