Use

Provides the reasons that are displayed in the business transaction itself. For example, the user can choose reasons for an activity, such as "Awaken customer interest" as well as for the status of an activity, such as "activity completed - successful". Reasons are also used in the opportunities.

The reasons are created in Customizing for the business transaction and each reason is assigned a code. The codes are then grouped and stored within a catalog.
