This query is used to analyze the interoperation times like replenishment lead time, consumption time, refill time, wait time, In Process/In Transit time for a kanban scenario.

In a kanban control cycle, kanbans are circulated between the demand and the supply source for material replenishment. Here, a material can be replenished by choosing anyone of the replenishment strategy.

Whenever, a kanban status change occurs, the interoperation times are recorded and analyzed using the following:

  • Actual Replenishment Lead Time versus Expected Replenishment Lead Time

  • Actual quantity delivered versus Target quantity from control cycle

  • Consumption time (time span between status empty and full), other interoperation times like empty-transit, transit-full, and so on.

  • Number of Kanbans with Status ERROR

  • Kanban Error Correction Time

  • Actual Stock in Production Supply Area

  • Actual Number of Kanban Containers with Status EMPTY versus Maximum Number of Kanban Containers with Status EMPTY

  • Number of Kanban Containers with Status FULL
