Document Status (for Selection) Locate this document in the navigation structure

Characteristic Characteristic: 0GL_DOCSTAT

 

Specifies the status of the document in the accounting process. The status can have the following values:

  • Accounting Document

    A document relevant for accounting purposes; this is a normal document or a clearing document that was posted to a ledger.

  • Statistical Document

    A document that was generated when noted items were posted

  • Parked documents

    A document resulting from document parking

  • Sample document

    A reference document for help in entering accounting documents

  • Recurring entry original document

    A reference document for recurring entries

This characteristic mainly serves to limit the number of results in line item reports and document journals.
