Assignment of Business Partner to RE Object

DataSource Attributes: 0REFX_BPOBJASSIGN

The assignments of business partners to real estate objects are exported from the source system to Business Intelligence from this DataSource. If you want to extract only certain time intervals, enter the from-value in the VALIDFROM field and also enter the from-value in the VALIDTO field.

If you select the Consider Object Hierarchy checkbox for inheritance of partners, the system displays not only the objects directly assigned to the partner, but also the objects hierarchically below the directly assigned objects.

Only those subordinate objects are displayed that do not have a partner directly assigned to them in the same role.

Example

You defined a caretaker at the level of the business entity. This caretaker should be responsible for all rental objects in the business entity. To display all rental objects assigned to the caretaker, select by caretaker of the business entity, and select the Consider Object Hierarchy checkbox. To extract only the time interval from January 01, 2008 to December 31, 2008, enter the from-value of January 01, 2008 in the VALIDFROM field, and the from-value December 31, 2008 in the VALIDTO field.
