Real Estate Manager
Technical name: SAP_BW_REFX_RE_MANAGER
When you activate this role from BI Content, the system generates the role SAP_BWC_REFX_RE_MANAGER. You then have to assign this role (SAP_BWC_REFX_RE_MANAGER) to the appropriate user profiles.
Tasks
The Real Estate Manager role consists of the following tasks:
● Management of all of the enterprise’s real estate
○ Choice of location (where are spaces available, and are they leased in or owned by the enterprise?)
○ Monitoring of fluctuation in the portfolio (purchases, sales, sale and lease back)
○ Monitoring of the costs of the portfolio per square foot
○ Monitoring of dates on contracts (lease-in, lease-out, service contracts)
● Object-related management of the enterprise's real estate
○ Monitoring of dates for lease-outs of individual objects
○ Monitoring costs and profitability of individual objects
○ Service and support for tenants and owners
○ Provision of technical and business services
● Optimization of the profitability of the entire real estate portfolio
○ Commercial real estate management of the enterprise’s owned real estate leased to external tenants
○ Profitably subletting leased-in real estate to external tenants (property management)
○ Internal leasing of parts of the portfolio to internal tenants such as cost centers
