| Objective Setting and Appraisals (PA-PD-PM) |
A component supported by conducting flexible appraisal processes that allow formalized and standardized appraisals. All of the typical phases of the appraisal process, such as the planning meeting, review, and appraisal can be represented and a variety of analyses of the appraisals can also be made.
SAP uses the name of the Objective Setting and Appraisals component synonymously with the name Performance Management. Both names are assigned to the application component abbreviation PA-PD-PM.
