Use
The Real Estate: Asset Transactions InfoCube makes periodic reporting possible on line items of assets related to real estate objects, using the following criteria:
· Asset main number and asset subnumber
· Asset class
· Depreciation areas
· Balance sheet account for acquisition and production costs
· Building
· Property
·
If you total different depreciation areas together, this can lead to incorrect results in the query. Consider if it really makes sense to report on the totaled values of several depreciation areas.
When data is repeatedly uploaded, the new data is added to the existing data. Therefore you might want to delete existing values first, before uploading new values.
InfoSource
This InfoCube receives the data from the Asset Accounting ODS object, Transactions (Delta) (0FIA_DS11). Real-estate-specific data from the Real Estate for Assets ODS object (0REFXDS01) is added to this data during the update.
