Occupancy (View by Period)

You can use this InfoCube to run reports on the occupancy of rental objects. Due to the availability of vacancy reasons in the InfoCube, the InfoCube can be used for reports on vacancies (length of vacancy and reason for vacancy). The reports provide a period-related overview.
Caution
The key figure Vacancy Ratio (Value) (0VACRATE_AM) can be used to obtain a vacancy ratio per area. Since this area (that is, its measurements) can differ, the system does not fill the key figure with values using a transformation. You have to fill the value yourself, for instance using a start routine.
