Monitoring BI Application and BI Application Object Usage Statistics 

Use

You can display usage statistics with respect to the following:

●      Total time and number of BI application and BI application object executions per user.

●      Number of executions per BI application and BI application object.

Procedure

       1.      In the Detailed Navigation pane, under BI Usage Statistics, choose BI Application Usage Statistics.

       2.      On the BI Application Usage Statistics screen, in the BI System Selection area, select a BW System.

       3.      Check the following iViews for BI applications and BI application objects:

No. of BI Application or Bi Application Object Executions per User

Information	Description
User Name	User who is executing the BI application or BI application object.
No. of Executions	Total number of initial executions per user of the BI application or BI application object in the last 30 days.
Total Time	Total time spent executing the BI application or BI application object by the user in the last 30 days.

No. of Executions per BI Application or BI Application Object

Information	Description
BI Application Object	Technical name of the BI application or BI application object.
No. Of Executions	Total number of initial executions of the BI application or BI application object in the last 30 days.

Result

You can detect and identify BI applications and BI application objects that are used extensively.
