Task Area

The Organizational Planner acts as strategic business partner to HR and line management. He or she has a thorough understanding of the business and can assess the HR implications of various strategies. He or she solves problems using HR-based solutions, and is heavily involved in their implementation.

He or she is also responsible for system process analysis and design. The main focus is on quality improvements, data management, process improvements, and/or re-engineering.
