Organizational Management: This key figure expresses as a factor the amount of planned working time which is occupied for a position defined as vacant.

Calculation	The key figure is taken from the corresponding data record in the Staffing Assignments InfoSource (0HR_PA_OS_1) It expresses the amount a position is occupied in terms of working time, as well as its vacancy.

Example

In terms of working time, a position is 60% occupied, and is defined as vacant. In the key figure Number of Vacant Unoccupied Positions, the value 0.4 is entered, and in the present key figure, the value 0.6 is entered.
