Choose  Tools Application Cleanup .

The application cleanup page is displayed.

Enter the name of the application in the Application Name field and choose (Advanced).

In the dialog box that appears, select the application.

The unused objects appear under the Unused Objects section.

Select the unused expressions and data objects that you want to delete and choose Delete Selected Objects.

The Cleanup Protocol section displays the number of objects deleted from the application.
