GRC Scorecard KPI Administration
Use the GRC Scorecard KPIs section to create Application Server measures from GRC risk data.
When you update the PAS model, the five measures that make up a KPI are created and a Risk Category dimension is also created in the PAS model.
Once this is complete, you can create risk KPIs from the measures, and access the KPIs in the Scorecard component of the application.
You are the strategy management administrator.
Your system administrator has configured the application to work with a GRC data implementation. For information, see the Server Configuration Guide for SAP BusinessObjects Strategy Management located on SAP Service Marketplace.
You do the following in the GRC — Scorecard KPI screen to map the GRC data to Application Server measures:
Specify the model connection to work with.
Select the PAS dimension to match GRC Organization Units.
Select the dimension member to associate with each GRC Organizational Unit.
Select the calculation to use for this metric. The calculation methods are described in the following table:
Calculation Method |
Use |
|---|---|
Achievement % |
Calculate measures such as Revenue if the ideal score is when actual exceeds the target. |
Reduction % |
Calculate measures such as Cost or Expense if the ideal score is when actual is less than target. |
Absolute % |
Calculate measures such as Inventory if the ideal score is when actual is equal to target. |
Zero Target |
Calculate measures such as product defects or employee sick days if the ideal score is when actual and target are both 0. |
Deviation % |
Calculate measures when you want to express the score as the percentage above or below the desired target. |
Specify a prefix to use for the five measures.
Each measure has a unique prefix to identify the type of measure, followed by the measure type. For example, if you enter Market Risk, then the measures Market Risk-Actual, Market Risk-Target, Market Risk-Target Deviation, Market Risk-Trend, and Market Risk-Trend Deviation are created using the specified calculation method.
Update the PAS model to create the PAS measures.
Note
You can also set up a schedule to load PAS measures using the Risk Management Metrics activity in the Configure Scheduler link in the Scheduler section.
