You can save dashboards that you want to review at another time.

Prerequisites

If your administrator has given your group Save Public permissions, you can also save to a public set.

Features

You can do the following when saving a dashboard:

  • You can save the dashboard as a private dashboard that only you can view, or as a group dashboard that a specific group of users can see. You may be able to save the dashboard to a public set if you have the appropriate permissions.

    Do not use User-Defined Hierarchies in dashboards that you plan to save to a group.

  • You can save the dashboard to a new name, or you can save it to a dashboard that already exists.

Activities

To save a dashboard, click Save to display the Save Dashboard dialog box.
