Prerequisites

You have access to the Scorecard component if you want to click on KPIs.

You have access to the Initiatives component if you want to click on initiatives.

Procedure

In the Goal Diagram subtab, click an objective to display an information box listing the following information:

Description

Objective status indicator

The status indicator shows the status of the objective.

You can click the status indicator to go directly to the Scorecard Objective Details screen to review the KPIs associated with this objective and the status of the objective.

If an objective does not have a status indicator, it means that this objective is associated with the strategy only, and not the scorecard. It may also mean that this objective does not have KPIs assigned to it yet.

Notation pushbutton

Click this pushbutton to display the Comments dialog box, where you can read comments and replies about this objective. If you have the correct permissions, you can comment or reply to a comment about this objective.

Responsible

User responsible for this objective.

Initiatives

The list of initiatives represents the ones that support this objective.

Click an initiative to go to the Initiatives component with the initiatives listed for the objective.

KPIs

The list of KPIs represents the ones associated with this objective.

Click a KPI to go to the Scorecard KPI Details screen, which shows you details about the selected KPI. If there are no KPIs listed, it means the objective is associated with the strategy but not the scorecard. Or, it is possible that this objective does not yet have KPIs assigned to it.
