Reviewing Details About a Perspective 
You have access to the Scorecard component if you want to click on KPIs.
You have access to the Initiatives component if you want to click on initiatives.
In the Goal Diagram subtab, click a perspective to display an information box listing the following information:

Status indicator |
The status indicator shows the status of the perspective. You can click the status indicator to go directly to the Scorecard Perspective Details screen to review the KPI or the objectives associated with this perspective and the status of the perspective. If the scorecard administrator did not set up this perspective to be measured by a KPI or by objectives, it does not display a status indicator. |
Notation pushbutton |
Click this pushbutton to display the Comments dialog box where you can read comments and replies about this perspective. If you have the correct permissions, you can comment or reply to a comment about this perspective. |
Responsible |
User responsible for this perspective. |
Type |
Specifies whether this perspective is internal or external. |
Objectives |
The list of objectives represents the ones associated with this perspective. Click an objective to go to the Scorecard Objective Details screen, which shows you details about the selected objective. If an objective does not have a status indicator, it means that this objective is associated with the strategy only, and not the scorecard. Or, the objective may not be associated with any KPIs. |
