Procedure

  1. Create a template and use the Contexts, Strategy, and Scorecards sections to set just the common elements that will be used by all associated contexts.

    For information, see Creating a Template.

  2. Make sure the strategy management administrator is in an application group assigned to this template.

  3. Click Manage Contexts from the Contexts section.

  4. Click Create/Copy.

  5. Click Context based on a Template.

  6. From the Pick a Template list, select the template to use.

  7. Click Single Context and then type a name for the context in the Context Name text box.

  8. Modify an aspect of the template in a Contexts, Strategy, or Scorecards screen that is unique to some but not all contexts. Then click Propagate and specify the template-based contexts to apply this change.
