The Drill report shows the Actual, Target, Score, status indicator, Gap Performance, and trend indicator for the total level of the focus dimension.

You can drill down on a dimension member into the lower levels of that dimension. If the dimension member text is black, it means that you are already viewing the lowest level.

You can drill up on a dimension member using Drill Up. The report drills up to the next highest level of this dimension.

You can change the dimension on which to focus. The total member of the dimension is displayed by default.

You can control whether parent levels of the dimension are displayed when drilling.

You can create a Navigator report in the Reports component using Create Associated Report. The report shows the members of the focus dimension down the table. The Actual, Target, Score (target deviation), and Gap Performance (trend deviation) measures for this KPI are displayed across the table. The time frame is the latest date. Any settings from the Drill report, such as Show Parents, or any filter settings are retained in the Navigator report.

If you see something other than the Target column, it means your site is set up to use a Type dimension. The Type dimension has members that allow you to switch what is being compared to actual, such as target, forecast, or benchmark. The Dimension Filters button shows you the members available in the Type dimension. The member you select replaces all instances of Target with that selection.
