Adding a Goal Diagram 
Click Set Strategy Defaults in the Strategy section.
From the Context drop-down list, choose the context to work with.
Click Edit next to the first available goal diagram line.
You may be prompted to download a file called load.strategy. Click Open to download the file.
Depending on how authentication is set up, you may be prompted to log in. If this is the case, type your web authentication user name and password and click OK.
The Diagram Manager is displayed.
Use the Diagram Manager to create a goal diagram that appears in the Goal Diagram subtab of the Strategy component. You can either design it manually, use the automatic layout, or import an existing image and add hotspots over each perspective and objective.
When you are finished working in the Diagram Manager, you can save it using , then publish it using , and then choose to return to the Administrator.
Click Save in the Set Strategy Defaults window to save the goal diagram after it has been published.
You see that the Goal Diagram 1 text box has the default name of Goal Diagram 1. Modify this name if you want, and then click Save.
(Optional) If you want to add a second and third diagram, click Edit next to the next goal diagram text box and follow the same steps listed above for creating the first diagram.
