External Content 
You can review the contents of External Contents panels in the Home component if your strategy management administrator has given you access to them.
Prerequisites
Your strategy management administrator has uploaded external content and made it available to your application group.
Features
External Content panels have the following features:
You can view the contents of the External Content panel if the strategy management administrator has set them up to appear automatically in your default Home page layout.
You can add the External Content panels to your layout if your strategy management administrator has given you access to external content, but didn't set it up in your default layout.
You can zoom into data which opens a new screen containing a full size view of the data source.
Activities
To add an External Content panel to your layout, click Customize. Then from the Add Panel drop-down list, select the panel.
To remove an External Content panel from your layout, click Customize, and then click the check box of the panel you want to remove.
To zoom in on content, click Zoom.
