You can specify the time frame you want to analyze and analyze the report up to the latest date for which there is data or a specified end date.

Features

You can do the following:

  • If you are displaying time periods across the report, you set a time frame with a later periodicity, a prior periodicity, and a latest date.

  • If you are displaying metrics or dimensions across the report, you set a time period.

  • Whether time, metrics, or dimensions are displayed across the report, you can make sure you always use the latest date for which there is data. Or you can select a static end date for the report.

  • You must refresh the view with the new time frame settings.

Activities

In the Time section, select a time frame and click Update View to update the view.

To make sure you always use the latest date for which there is data, deselect Override Latest Date.

To select a static end date for the report, select Override Latest Date and select an end date for the report.

The Override Latest Date option is temporary for the current session. If the report was saved using Always display latest date, it has the ultimate control over whether the report is saved with an end date or the latest date
