Prerequisites

You have access to the Scorecard component if you want to click on objectives.

Procedure

  1. In the Pathways subtab, click the pathway you want to review.

  2. An information box appears, listing the following information:

    Field

    Description

    Responsible

    User responsible for this pathway.

    Associated Links

    Displays URL links that are associated with this pathway, if there are any. Click a link to go to that site in a second browser window.

    Pathway Peak Date

    Date this pathway is being implemented.

    Objectives

    The list of objectives represents the ones associated with this pathway.

    If an objective has a status indicator, it means that it is associated with the scorecard. Click the objective to go to the Scorecard Objective Details screen, which shows you the KPIs associated with this objective, and the status of the objective.

    If an objective does not have a status indicator, it means that this objective is associated with the strategy only, and not the scorecard. Or, the objective may not be associated with any KPIs. Click the objective to display an information box showing you the objective name, description, responsible user, and all the pathways this objective is associated with.
