Filtering Comments 
You can filter comments to change the types of comments that are visible to you.
The Comments dialog box is displayed.

Display comments and replies for a different context |
Select the context from the Context drop-down list. |

Display comments and replies for a different type of object |
From the Type drop-down list, select the type of screen element you want to filter. Then select the specific screen element from the next drop-down list. |
Object types include Objective, Perspective, KPI, Initiative, Dashboard, Report, and Strategy. |
Control the display of expired comments |
Click Include expired. |
Any comments and replies that have expired according to their defined expiration dates are displayed in addition to all comments and replies that have not expired that meet the filter criteria. An extra column named Expired appears in the list. It identifies which comments are expired with a Y for Yes. If a comment has not expired, the cell is blank. |

Click More Filters or Less Filters. |

Display comments created within a particular date range |
Select Change Date Range from the Creation Date drop-down list. Then select a From date and a To date to represent the range of dates for which you want to display comments based on their creation. |

Select the author from the Author drop-down list. |

Select Change Date Range from the Expiration Date drop-down list. |
