Reviewing Context Details in a Custom Diagram
In the Goal Diagram subtab, click the mission statement. An information box appears as follows:
Field |
Description |
|---|---|
Context name |
Name of the context being measured, which may be the current context or a different context, depending on how your strategy administrator set up your goal diagram. |
Status indicator |
The status indicator shows the status of the context. The score can be based on the status of one KPI or based on an index of perspectives. Click the status indicator to go directly to the Scorecard Context Details screen. If the context is being measured by an index of perspectives, the Context Details screen shows the perspectives and objectives used to measure the status of the mission. If the context is measured by a single KPI, the Context Details screen shows the KPI details. If the scorecard administrator did not set up this context to be measured or if the strategy administrator did not select the option to display status indicators, the context does not display a status indicator. |
Notation pushbutton |
Click this pushbutton to display the Comments dialog box, where you can read comments and replies about the scored context. If you have the correct permissions, you can comment or reply to a comment about the context. |
Responsible |
User responsible for this context. |
Perspectives |
The list of perspectives represents the ones associated with this context. If a perspective appears as a link, it means that this perspective is being measured. Click a perspective to go to the Perspective Details screen in the Scorecard component. |
