Choose  Format Design Manually or click the Design Manually button.

Choose  Tools Insert Arrows or click the Arrow button.

Click the Perspective box from where you want to draw the arrow.

The Perspective box is highlighted and displays black points.

Rest the cursor on a black point, and drag it to the desired perspective.

The arrow is drawn from the starting perspective to the destination perspective.
