 Dunning Level Distribution

 

The analytical app displays the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Dunning Level Distribution, that is, open dunning amounts per dunning level and customer. You can view the open dunning amounts in a chart or a table according to company code, country and region of the customer, and accounting clerk responsible for the customer. You can drill down by dunning level and the top 10 customers with the highest open dunning amounts.

Key Features

  • View aggregated open dunning amounts on the KPI tile

    The numbers on the tile give you a quick overview of the aggregated open dunning amounts distributed over the three most critical dunning levels from the ones you defined.

  • Check open dunning amounts

    The app determines open dunning amounts for the dunning levels you defined according to the filter criteria (for example, customer) you selected.

  • View open dunning amounts by dunning levels

    You can analyze the open dunning amounts across all dunning levels.

    You can customize the range of dunning levels to be taken into account. In addition, you can customize the display currency into which all amounts are converted and an exchange rate type for the conversion.

  • View top 10 open dunning amounts by customers

    You can analyze the top 10 customers with the highest open dunning amounts across all dunning levels you defined.

  • Follow Up

    If your company uses SAP Jam, you can post comments there. You can also send emails from this app.
