Configuration Settings: Collection Progress

This document contains configuration information for the Collection Progress app.

SAP Smart Business Modeler

Before you can use this app, you need to configure it using the SAP Smart Business Modeler.

Note Note

To configure the app, please make copies of the KPI, evaluations, and drill-down configurations provided by SAP, and make your changes in these copies. Also, create your own tiles.

Please do not change the original versions provided by SAP, since new support packages and releases would overwrite your changes.

KPI: Collection Progress

KPI ID: sap.hba.sfin.ar.CollectionProgress

KPI Description: Accumulated promise-to-pay amount against the total collectible amount

Note Note

Note that Value Measure for the KPI is CollectionProgressRatio and Value Measure for the evaluation is CollectionProgressRate. This is required for technical reasons so that the values are displayed correctly as percentages in the tile, chart, and table views.

A ratio is displayed as a percentage (for example, 93%), and a rate is displayed as a decimal value (for example 0.93).

For the table view, the framework displays a ratio (93%).
For the tile and chart views, the framework automatically changes a value to a ratio. So it requires a rate (0.93) that will change to a ratio (93%).
