You can organize your active KPIs and reports using groups. This allows you to group KPIs and reports based on business relevance to navigate more easily to the required KPI or report.

Procedure

Creating a New Group
  1. Choose the navigation icon at the top left corner of the home screen to open the Manage Active Content side panel.

  2. Click Add group (Add group) to add a new group to the tree and then enter a group name.

Assigning KPIs or Reports to a Group
  1. To add KPIs or reports to an existing group, on the home screen select a KPI or a report and click Assign Group to open the Group Items view. Select Multiselect to assign several KPIs or reports to a group at one time.

    You can only assign active KPIs or reports to a group.

  2. Select the required group and click Save and Close to assign the KPI or the report to the group.

Renaming a Group
  1. To rename a group, under Manage Active Content select the group that you want to rename and click edit.

  2. Enter the new group name in the dialog box.

Deleting a Group
  1. Under Manage Active Content, select a group and click delete.

  2. Confirm that you want to delete the group by clicking Ok.

Copying KPIs and Reports to another Group
  1. To copy one or more KPIs or reports from a group or several groups to another group, select the KPIs or reports and choose copy and then paste to open the Copy-Paste view.

  2. Select the group to which you want to add the KPIs or reports and click Save and Close.
