Delayed Deliveries (POD)
The analytical app displays the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Delayed Deliveries (POD)
proof of delivery. You can display the number of delayed deliveries that arrived with a delayed POD (Proof Of Delivery). Late means that either the delivery arrived but overdue or the delivery arrived on-time but the POD was delayed. The deliveries are part of the SAP Event Management visibility scenario Deliveries in LTL_Shipment, (less than truck load delivery).
Key Features
Calculation rules: The query delivers the total number of deliveries in LTL_Shipment (SAP Event Management visibility scenario) that meet the following conditions:
transportation status 'ARRIVED' and
the expected event POD is reported late (actual event date and time for the event POD is later than expected event date and time)
In addition several attributes and dates are given for a possible drilldown.

The business benefit of this KPI is that it provides a clear picture of your deliveries that arrived late at their destinations.
System Landscape Requirements
The app consists of front-end components and back-end components. The back-end components and the front-end components are delivered in separate products and have to be installed in a system landscape that is enabled for SAP Fiori.
