 Configuration Settings: Total Receivables Locate this document in the navigation structure

 

To enable the Total Receivables app, you need to perform the configuration tasks described below.

KPI Modeler Settings

In the KPI Modeler you need to make the following settings in the Total Receivables app. This app contains the following parameters:

Add Evaluation
  1. On the Home screen of the KPI Modeler select the app and click Edit.

  2. On the next screen choose Evaluations and click Add Evaluation.

  3. Select Create New Variant and enter a Variant ID and a Variant Title.

  4. Then enter the details on the following tabs.

Enter the client that you use in your SAP ERP system.

An entry in this field is required.

Input Parameters

P_DisplayCurrency

Equal to

Choose a currency in which the currency amounts should be displayed. Ensure that exchange rates for this currency exist in your SAP ERP system.

P_ExchangeRateType

Equal to

Choose an exchange rate type that is used to convert the currency into the display currency. The current date is used as the date for the currency conversion.

P_KeyDate

Equal to

Enter a date for calculating the total receivables. The system uses this date to determine whether an open item is overdue or not.

P_NetDueInterval1InDays

Equal to

Enter the first number of days that is used to divide the four due periods. This number must be greater than zero while less than the number you enter for P_NetDueInterval2InDays.

P_NetDueInterval2InDays

Equal to

Enter the second number of days that is used to divide the four due periods. This number must be greater than the number you enter for P_NetDueInterval1InDays while less than that for P_NetDueInterval3InDays.

P_NetDueInterval3InDays

Equal to

Enter the third number of days that is used to divide the four due periods. This number must be greater than the number you enter for P_NetDueInterval2InDays.

P_SAPClient

Equal to

Enter the client that you use in your SAP ERP system.

An entry in this field is required.

Authorizations
  1. Click Activate and Authorize to reach the Authorizations tab.

  2. Select the relevant users and click Finish to get back to the overview screen for the KPI definitions.

  3. Activate the KPI.

Add Visualization
  1. From the Action menu, choose Manage Visualizations.

  2. On the next screen, search for the evaluation that you have just added and choose Add Tile to create a new KPI tile.

  3. Then enter the details on the following tabs, and click OK to save the tile.

  1. To assign the corresponding drilldowns to the new tile, click Configure Details.

  2. In the dialog box, choose Select From Existing Templates.

  3. Search for your evaluation and select it.

  4. Click Save Configuration.

    You can now select your KPI tile in the Fiori Launchpad from the generic KPI Catalog.
