Is my data transferred securely?

Yes. We use SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) security server software. This software encrypts all your personal data, such as credit card number, bank number, account number, name, and address so that this data cannot be read by third parties when it is transferred on the Internet.

What can I do with SAP Supplier Self-Services?

SAP Supplier Self-Services optimizes your communication with purchasers.

Depending on your authorizations, you can process purchase orders, process confirmations, create and process advanced shipping notifications (ASNs), create and process invoices, and read and process messages from purchasers.

You can transfer items from a catalog in the confirmation and invoice processing functions of the Service Procurement scenario, provided that a catalog connection exists.

How can I create another confirmation or ASN if the ordered quantity has already been confirmed in its entirety?

You can copy the existing confirmation or ASN, and change the quantity and price in this new document.
