Defining Sourcing for Product Categories 

 

Use

You must specify either that the product category of the requirement is transferred to the Sourcing application or that the system always creates a bid invitation. In the standard, no requirements are transferred.

Procedure

Configuring Transfer of Requirements to Sourcing Application

Specify that requirements with the appropriate product categories are transferred to the Sourcing application:

·         Always

·         Only when a source of supply has not yet been assigned

·         Never
