Refers to an item type of service items. Service items of this type are maintained in the service master data of either SAP ERP or SAP SRM

Refers to a service item type but these can be added as needed as no master data is maintained for them in either SAP ERP or SAP SRM.

Info lines

Refers to a service item type. These are added to provide more information about the hierarchy. These items cannot be shopped.
