Incoterms are standardized or special rules to distribute tasks, costs, and risks during the transportation and delivery of goods.

The sections below describe how to add and edit an Incoterm.

 

Creating an Incoterm

  1. Choose Setup in the toolbar at the top of the page.

  2. On the Master Data tab, in the Master Data area, click Incoterms.

  3. Choose the New button.

  4. On the Creating: New Incoterm page, fill in the fields with information about the Incoterm.

  5. Save your entries.

Changing an Incoterm

  1. Choose Setup in the toolbar at the top of the page.

  2. On the Master Data tab, in the Master Data area, click Incoterms.

  3. On the Incoterms page, click the Incoterm you want to edit.

  4. On the Displaying: Incoterm page, choose Edit in the toolbar.

  5. Edit any fields.

  6. Save your entries.
