Reports can include spend data and any associated attributes from standard objects in the database. They can also include custom attributes from a variety of sources. Providing custom attributes of spend data presents typical alternatives for storing values for these custom attributes.

Some spend reports are extra sensitive to the ubiquitous date range parameters. The reporting calendar being used for the spend environment is a factor in determining what the date range should be and the level of detail provided by reports which display data grouped by time period.
