Recent Items enables you to view and open your recently accessed sourcing documents.

The following object types are displayed in the Recent Items list:

  • Project

  • RFX

  • Auction

  • Master Agreement

  • Contract

  • Supplier

  • Company

Prerequisites

The system administrator has enabled Recent Items for your enterprise.

Activities

Viewing and Opening Recent Items

  1. Choose Recent Items in the toolbar. You see a list of sourcing documents that you have recently accessed. The number of documents displayed is determined by your system administrator.

  2. Choose a document from the list to open it.
