The Supplier Management Configuration page provides the information that is used during supplier registration and configuration.

This section describes how to edit the supplier management configuration.

Description

Display Name

This field indicates the display name of the Supplier Management Configuration. It is read only.

Source E-Mail:

Enter the source e-mail address for e-mails sent to suppliers. This is a required field.

Registration Complete URL

Enter the URL that will appear on the Registration Complete page that appears when the supplier has completed registration.

Registration Categories

Choose Add to add the categories that will be used to generate the Categories Supplied by Company list on the supplier-self registration page. This list maps product categories to external categories and allows suppliers to identify which categories they supply.

Activities

Changing the Supplier Management Configuration
  1. Select   Setup   Document Setup   Suppliers   Supplier Management Configuration  .

  2. On the Supplier Management Configuration page, choose Edit in the toolbar.

  3. Edit any fields.

  4. Under Registration Categories, choose Edit for a registration category to edit.

  5. In the dialog box, edit any fields and choose OK.

  6. Choose Add to add a registration category.

  7. In the dialog box, fill in the fields and choose OK.

  8. Save your entries.
