You override scores on the Scoring page. Scoring only appears when the RFx changes to Closed for Response.

Prerequisites

You can override scores if the following conditions are met:

  • The collaborative scoring status is set to Closed.

  • You are a scorer who has the Can Enter Final Scores box checked on the RFx Setup: Scoring page.

Procedure

  1. Close collaborative scoring.

  2. If the RFx is not in Edit mode, click the Edit button in the toolbar.

  3. Choose one of the following navigation methods:

    • Show selected proposals, one question at a time: Select this option to override scores for one question at a time across all selected proposals.

    • Show all questions, one selected proposal at a time: Select this option to override scores for one proposal at a time.

  4. On the Scoring page, under Working Set Selection, select the proposals with scores to override and choose Next.

  5. Depending on the navigation method you selected, click the appropriate links or Edit icons to find the scores to override.

  6. On the Detail page, override scores as follows:

    1. In the Final Score field, override the current value by entering a new score.

    2. In the Comment field, optionally enter a comment.

    3. Save your entries.

    4. Choose Next and repeat for each question to override.

  7. When you have finished overriding scores, save your entries.
