Reporting Calenders 
A reporting calendar is a common and structured set of Time Periods. It consists of calendar periods and subperiods. Reporting calendars are used in analytic reports.
SAP Sourcing provides default reporting calendars. You can also create and edit reporting calendars.
This section describes how to create and edit a reporting calendar.
To create a reporting calendar:
Choose Setup in the toolbar at the top of the page.
In the Master Data section of System Setup, select Reporting Calendars from the dropdown list and choose OK.
On the Reporting Calendar List page, choose Create.
On the Summary page, fill in the fields with basic calendar information.
Select a time period type from the Calendar Type dropdown list.
Under Calendar Period, choose Add to add a time period to the calendar.
On the Summary page, fill in the fields with basic time period information.
Choose Sub Periods tab to add subperiods.
Select a subperiod type from the Sub Period Type dropdown list.
Under Sub Periods, choose Add to add the subperiod to the calendar.
Repeat steps 7 through 10 to create the subperiod and add a further subperiod level. You can add an unlimited number of subperiod levels.
In each subperiod, chooseSave in the toolbar.
In the time period, choose Save in the toolbar.
To edit a reporting calendar:
Choose Setup in the toolbar at the top of the page.
In the Master Data section of System Setup, select Reporting Calendars from the dropdown list and choose OK.
On the Reporting Calendar List page, choose the calendar to edit..
On the Summary page, chooseEdit in the toolbar.
Edit any fields.
Under Calendar Period, choose Edit for a time period to edit
On the Summary page, edit any fields.
ChooseSub Periods tab to edit subperiods.
Under Sub Periods, choose Edit icon for a subperiod to edit.
Edit any fields.
In the subperiod, choose Save in the toolbar.
In the time period, choose Save in the toolbar.
On the Summary page, choose Save in the toolbar.
