On the Sections tab of the contract document template, you can:

  • Add sections to a template

  • Reorder sections

Prerequisites

You must have the appropriate rights to add or edit a section.

Activities

Adding a Section to a Contract Document Template
  1. Choose   Contract Management   Clause Library   Contract Document Template List  .

    Note Note

    You can also access this by choosing   Setup   Document Setup   and then selecting Contract Document Template Library under Contract Generation.

  2. On the Contract Document Template List page, click the template to which you want to add a section.

  3. On the Sections tab, choose Edit and then choose Add Section.

  4. In the dialog box, select one or more sections to add to the template and choose OK.

  5. Save your entries.
