Contract document templates contain a list of logically ordered sections and are used to generate contract documents. Each template can be used to generate many unique contracts with individual suppliers. You can optionally organize contract document templates by product category.

On the Contract Document Template List page, you can:

  • Search for a template by Name, Description, Version, Phase, or Product Category

  • Create and edit a template

  • Export a template list to a CSV file or to a PDF file
