An RFx is a sourcing document that enables you to request information, quotes, and prices regarding goods and services from multiple suppliers. The RFx information library allows you to store RFx information for reuse in multiple RFxs. This reduces the manual data entry necessary to create an RFx.

As well as from the Setup area, you can access the RFx Information page by choosing   Enterprise Sourcing   RFx Information Library   in from the Library submenu.

Activities

Creating RFx Information

To create RFx information:

  1. Choose   Setup   Document Setup   RFx   RFx Information Library  .

  2. On the RFx Information page, choose Create.

  3. On the Creating: RFx Information Library page, fill in the fields with basic RFx information.

  4. Choose the Information tab.

  5. Choose Add to add an information section.

  6. On the Info Section page, fill in the fields and save your entries.

  7. On the Information page, save your entries.
