Event terms define the conditions to which a supplier must agree in order to participate in a sourcing event. The event terms library stores standard legal terms and language that can be reused when creating sourcing documents.

This section describes how to create and edit an event terms template.

As well as from the Setup area, you can access the Event Terms Template page by doing one of the following:

  • Choose Enterprise Sourcing in the navigation bar and then choose Event Terms Templates from the Library submenu.

  • Choose XPress in the navigation bar and then choose Event Terms Templates from the Library submenu.

Activities

Creating an Event Terms Template

To create an event terms template:

  1. Choose   Setup   Document Setup   General   Event Terms Templates  .

  2. On the Event Terms Template page, choose Create.

  3. On the Creating: Event Terms Template page, fill in the fields with information about the event terms template.

  4. Save your entries.

Changing an Event Terms Template

To edit an event terms template:

  1. Choose   Setup   Document Setup   General   Event Terms Templates  .

  2. On the Event Terms Template page, do one of the following:

    • From the dropdown list, select Search Event Terms Templates by Name, search for the template to edit, and choose the template.

    • From the dropdown list, select All Event Terms Templates and choose the template to edit.

  3. On the Displaying: Event Terms Template page, choose the Edit in the toolbar.

  4. Edit any fields.

  5. Save your changes.
