A preference represents your first choice for an answer to a question. Preferences and scoring methods enable you to score questions so that you can compare suppliers on a side-by-side basis.

On the Preferences tab, you can:

  • Specify preferences and scoring methods

  • Adjust weights for all questions within a section

Activities

To set or change your preferences, do the following:

  1. Open the RFx and select the Questions tab.

  2. Add a new question or select a question to edit.

  3. Select the Preferences tab.

To score questions, do one of the following:

  • Specify a preference and scoring method

  • Select Manually Scored as the scoring method when you do not specify a preference
