You can download multiple file attachments to a single zip file from any SAP Sourcing document (for example, RFx, auction). The sourcing document can be in edit mode or display mode. You cannot download URL attachments to a zip file.

SAP Sourcing provides a default file name for the zip file created, but you can change it to a file name of your choosing. The length of the file name should not exceed 145 bytes; otherwise, it may be truncated by your browser.

You can overwrite a previously created zip file with changed or new attachments.

Procedure

  1. In the business document, choose Attachments.

  2. Select the files that you want to download.

  3. Choose Download Selected Files.

  4. In the file download dialog box, specify where the zip file is to be saved.
