Preparing Content for the SAP Fiori Launchpad on Portal

Whether you are using existing portal content or creating new content, pay attention to the following when preparing content to display:

• All content must be located in a role, role folder, or workset that is set as an entry point.

• All content must be set to Visible in the role.

• Set the Object ID of Device Group for each content item. You can find the object ID in the Device Group Manager. Separate entries with a semicolon (;).

  Caution

  This property is mandatory. If you leave this property empty, the iView or page will not be displayed on any device.

The following content types are supported:

• SAP Fiori Transactional applications

• SAP Smart Business analytical applications

• SAP Fiori fact sheets

• All portal iViews

• All portal pages, including Web Dynpro application pages, Web Dynpro container pages, and portal runtime pages

• Custom SAPUI5/SAP Fiori apps
